Welcome
Does life feel difficult or overwhelming?
You know you want help, but you don’t know where to start?
You may not know exactly what is wrong, or what brought you here. And that’s okay.
That’s where I can help.

About Me
I am a person-centred counsellor, meaning that you are always at the centre of our work together. Our sessions will focus on your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and identify any areas where you may feel stuck.
I am passionate about normalising the process of seeking support and believe that asking for help can be a significant and positive first step towards change. As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I aim to support you through self-discovery, helping you to find your own answers, feel empowered, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. You do not need to know where to begin - we can start there together.

Experience
I have experience working for two national charities and in private practice supporting young people aged 13+ and adults through counselling. I am passionate about normalising “getting help” and strongly believe that asking for help is an admirable first step in ensuing positive change. It is a hard first step to make and one I hope to make a little easier for you!
Over the years I have worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, loneliness, grief, loss, body image, low mood, self-esteem, bullying, self-harm, low confidence, relationship issues, trauma, work-related stress and life transitions.
I have found that often issues are interlinked. My hope is that by coming to counselling together we are able to explore what is causing you discomfort in the present in a safe, non-judgemental space, and work towards feeling empowered to make lasting positive changes.
